Job Description:

• Bank Reconciliation, Operations & Coordination
  Bank account Opening & Closing process
• Insurance Coordination & payments
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Payroll payment/Customer Refund processing
• Coordination with Branch admin/accountant (with respect to bank receipts/operations)
• Prepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting records
• Follow up on collection
• Receipts process and relevant accounting records
• Record bills for invoices received
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports
